i have a err problem please help me

hi im new here i wish that you can help

my problem is that my camera : creative pc_cam 350

every time i power it on it says err and dosn't take pics or videos

and on the computer with program it takes videos but it doesn't take pics and when i press to take a pic

the computer restarts

Use the forum search function and search for "err". I'm sure you can find some previous threads with solution you can try on.

i did the reset and the err word is gon

and it works 00%
