    I am sorry but there is no Windows 7?drivers for this model. Please refer to the driver availability chart.

    There are not now and never will be drivers for that card, it is just too old. The only way to get working drivers for it is to use either this,

    P.S. That card is only 4.0/4., it is not a 5. card.
