The update tells you that you have to pair your headset with your transmitter again, however they did not tell you how to do this or provide a link of how to do this. My headset, after installing the firmware update, was unfunctional. To fix this issue, follow the steps at This Link. (http://support.creative.com/kb/ShowA...aspx?sid=84715 for the paranoid type)

You do realize in the instructions that came with your headset one of the setup steps is to pair your headset with the dongle right?
I'm just saying.. you have been told.

Really? No way! Oh wait, some people may not have the manual with their headset for <what ever reason>. Thanks for your comment though, you helped here today by posting.

Haha isn't sarcasm is hilarious? That first reply was just silly. Anyone would think that the manual (and quick-start guide) were freely available as a PDF download from the official Creative Labs website (for people who might have lost them, or purchased one second hand without them).

The link should be working fine now. If you are still having issues opening the page, try using a different browser.
These instructions not working for me. I try this 5 times but still can't connect headphones.
This all happends after last firmware update.
Make sure your pressing and holding the Mic mute button located directly near the mic jack. It is NOT the power button. If you look at Step 3, it's the button on the Left.
The diagrams are slightly misleading.
