Hi. I have the same problem - Creative ZEN 20GB (DAP-HD0015) and Windows 7 64bit. I downloaded the driver (JB3MV2_PCWDRV_US_1_30_03.EXE) and ran in compatibility mode (XP SP2). But although the device installs when connected, Windows Media Player (V12.0.7601.17504) does not acknowledge any device when I try to Sync.
Can you give detailed instructions on how to get the driver to work please. Which components do you refer to in the previous post and what do I need to do.

I have been through the posts but didn't understand which components were being referred to by coachop94 in the post on 05-28-2011 at 01:13 AM. Nor did I understand what koyba meant by 'when I changed the MediaSource'. Can you give more detail on what you did please?
