    Unhappy my ziio7's zii launcher(app launcher) is not working

    MY ziio7 has stopped working. its app launcher(ziio.launcher) is not responding.I cant even see my background except for my lock screen and password locker. i got my device recently upgraded(Firmware 2.0.1).
    i don't know what to do. i don't know about android OS and even can't get it connected with pc.
