Charger for ZIIO 7" does not appear to be working

Just TODAY (4/13/2012) got my ZIIO 7" in... pulled out of the box, charged with the wall charger (for about 6 hours), then took it home from the office. Plugged the charger in again, & now the battery indicator light doesn't come on, nor does the little "flasher" at the top right of the screen show it charging.

I did note (in one of the help guides) that it says the charger "stops" after the battery is full. Does anyone know at what % it "stops"? This is very annoying, because I don't know if my battery/charger is defective, or if I have to wait until it drains to a certain %.

Can anybody help me with the answer? This is driving me BUGGY!

Did you tried another wall charger?
I can charge my ZEN Touch 2 with many others cheap chargers;

Got one for 6$, and it does what I want.

Whoops, never mind... the stupid User Guide doesn't bother to tell you (in clear terms) that it won't start recharging until it goes below 30%... as soon as it goes below 30%, the light comes on & it begins the recharge.
