Install will not install

I am using Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit and the Elite Pro. I download apps and driver from the Creative site and when I attempt to install I click yes for the UAC, it extract, and I get a compatibility issue (which is okay) but after that nothing happens. No install screen or error message. Nothing happens. I need help.

Unpack driver package with archiver like WinRAR or 7-Zip, go to Drivers\support\amd64\ and try install drivers only with ctzapxx.exe
