    Hi kevinracer,

Do you want to try to enable "CrystalVoice" and uncheck on "FX", "Smart Volume", "Acoustic Echo Cancellation" and "Focus" except "Noise Reduction"?

    Hi kevinracer,

You may want to use the microphone input of your mainboard's audio device if the microphone input of the Sound Blaster Z is not to your liking.

To use the microphone input of your mainboard's audio device, you can connect the microphone to the microphone input of the mainboard's audio device and select the mainboard's audio device as the default recording device in Windows Sound.

The main selling feature of the Sound Blaster Z is its audio output.
