I am also having the same problem with VF 0040 ad Vista combination, pls tell me where to get the drivers

Whoopee you have a new driver for the cameras excellent now if it only worked on mine. I have had this VF0040 for about 6 months and now it doesn't work since I switched to a new computer with Windows Vista and if you think that I'm going to buy another one of your cameras to go with it you're nuts.  I've spent over 4 hours trying to get the stupid thing to work and I've given up on the whole process. And I'm sorry to say I've given up on your company. I won't be spending the money to return this thing to you or your friends at Walmart for they will only put it on the shelf and sell it to some other poor sap. On the other hand they probably won't even refund my money. You did a fabulous job of ripping me off and these other people on here.

No sense in replying to this thread folks I'm not visiting this message board or "Creative's" website any more. I'll go to a more reliable source to buy a more reliable camera one that doesn't require a person to go to a lousy website or message board for technical assistance.

Whenever I try to record a video with sound, the web cam won't record and this message appears : Unable to capture video. Please check that you have sufficient space on your hard disk and the following are set correctly: video compressor audio compressor.
What do I do now? and how?

My camera's picture in computer is inverted upside down, so if I start Cam Center I see myself upside down.

Plz tell me what to do!

PS: I'm using Creative Live! Cam

ok, so you say your web cam is displaying images upside down. What you need to do is: (1)open your creative web cam program. (2) Go to the CAPTURE tab. (3) Click SOURCE. (4) Go to the EXTENDED SETTINGS tab. (5) There might be a box checked Vertically. UnCheck the box, so there is no check mark inside. (6) click APPLY, then OK. You are done. Problem should be solved.

I have spent 3 nights to try getting  my webcam work but it didn't happen. I installed the Live! Ultra  on my notebook(windows XP pro)

All it says when I connect this camera to my computer is USB Device Not Recognized. I have noticed that here a lots people had same problem.

What should I do ??

Hi, i have a old camera Nx type but i dont have any softwere at all where might i get some do you know ?

Where is the CAPTURE tab?

 Is it that one where my pictures come beside the Live!Cam tab or is it that button where is written CAPTURE

And I didn't found any SOURCE tab except Video Source under the Settings on the toolbar and that one isn't the right one

PS: I'm using Live!Cam Center

I have a Camara PC CAM 900 since 2005. It lost the software installation. I can not download on the site CREATIVE. Urgently need to install this chamber in my new computer. How do I get to download installation of this driver? I use Windows XP.
