You can just buy these parts individually and upgrade your pc into a gaming pc, it isn't that hard and there are some good websites to help you do that. I don't think creative would sell any packs, they have no reason to purchase a bunch of videocards and then rebundel them with a sound card and resell it. That would also make the parts more expensive, and it is already hard to make a proit on computer hardware. And ocasionally, if you are luckey, you may find a deal with a audio card and an free mp3 player, or something of that sort.
Everything you are asking for already exists on the internet, you just gotta look and get a little luckey.
