I just bought a pair of these headphones. The first pair had the same problem as the second pair and here is the issue : I Downloaded and installed the new driver for the headphones and plug in the USB connector. The box that tells you windows is trying to install new hardware pops up and ask me to continue installation, I hit it and it fails to install. When i go into device manager to locate the device it is listed as a Question mark with no text(descriptions) next to it. Is there a fix for this or is it really possible that I have gotten two bad pairs of headphones?
