Well, I got one of these headsets around 5-6 months ago and it was great! But about 2 months later the microphone stopped working, this was a pain but I could deal with it. And just before I wrote this the sound has stopped working on the right side of the headset, I know what has caused this, the wire from the dongle to the headset has a very very thin casing and when I pick it up and put it down it get's twisted. The wires casing eventually started to split and expose the wire, whereas the wire from my PC to the dongle just sort of bunched up, annoying but much better than what happened to the rest.
I'm not here asking for a new headset or anything, but I just want to give you a tip, give the wire from the dongle to the headset thicker or stronger casing, I loved this headset but it's far too flimsy.
