Battery not chargin

Hey, I just this week got my new Creative Zen.  However, I've been trying to charge it and although it will charge all the way in about 4 hours, when I disconnect it it loses its charge in about 10 minutes.  Yes, 10 minutes.  Every time.  Anyone know how to fix this, did I get a bad battery and I should return it, or what?  Thanks everyone!

Since you just got it return it.for another one.

I agree. Take advantage of the return policy. Have it replaced for a new one.
