Lost Installation CD.....

I lost my installation CD and I'm having problems finding the right software to download off the site to be able to use my jukebox. The drivers, the plug ins everything. I go through the support process but the wrong software keeps coming up. Can someone please direct me to where I can find this info so that I can use my unit, PLEASE!

Choose you player from this link here.  http://support.creative.com/Products/product_list.aspx?catID=213&CatName=MP3+Players#      When you get to the page the driver will be the very first one. As for the others scroll down to VIEW ALL DOWNLOADS click there &  it will reveal all the others.
