My Zen Vision M (30 gig) has been acting strangely lately. Two days ago when I turned it on it got stuck at the Creative Zen screen. It was like that for a good half hour, so I reset it and went to the recovery screen and selected clean up. That took about an hour and when it was done, the player turned off and I couldn't get it to turn back on. Later on in the day I tried it again and it did turn on, but said the battery was low (it had been fully charged that morning). I plugged it into my computer and downloaded the recovery tool, which loaded the latest frmware on it. Now it's functioning properly, except for a 4 or 5 minute boot-up. It seems stuck on that Creative Zen screen, but eventually it gets past that to the main menu. The hard drive seems to be clicking a lot while it's on the Creative Zen screen. Should I send it back for repair (got it Jan 2007)?
