Ok, so my mp3 was working fine till I plugged it in into my PC, and I tried searching the audio files in the MUSIC folder but every folder in it was empty. So I thought it may be a recognition problem so I installed Zen V Series Media Explorer. It didnt work neither. I tried importing some mp3s but it gave me an error. Like I don't have permission to create this element or something like that. Now the Zen V Plus doesn't recognize any mp3 files, it still says I have 300Mb free out of 2GB so something is wrong here if the total amount of space that Windows Explorer recognizes is 50Mb.
It's like they are there, but they aren't recognized or something like that. Please help, I dont have backup of the files in the Zen V Plus 2GB and I dont wanna lose the files. Thanks in advance

Hello Jean945,
Welcome to Creative forums!
Boot your Zen V Plus from the recovery mode and do a CleanUp then Reboot. Guide on how to boot the player from the recovery mode can be found here.

Leave your Zen V Plus connected to the computer and let it charge. Once the player is fully charged, do the process once again. If it's still freezes on the same screen, I'm afraid you have no other option except formating it which will erase the contents on the player. ![]()
