I got a serious glitch that is very annoying, It freezes in place some times when im gaming and in normal windows operation, it will freeze and some times will recover and continue to move but other times it freezes and is non responsive and i need to unplug it fron the USB and plug it back in, I've talked with Dell and they reinstalled the USB chipset twice and they do not beleave it is the USB ports PLEASE, Please help me!

Also IF it needs repairing, please post a location that can repair it OR provide a link to an update that has helped you!

Hi..I believe your mouse is malfunctioning, and you may wish to contact  customer support for an RMA. The reason being,I have the same mouse, BRAND NEW!!..It does the same thing as yours!!.. Exactly, the same thing!!.. I want to tell you that, this is my 2nd Fatal1ty 1010 mouse!..My 1st Fatal1ty mouse, the right click wore out after 1 year!!... So I threw it out, and ordered a new one, this.... defective one!....SHEESH!..HEY!..After shipping and handling, customs fees..This MOUSE cost me $115.00  DOLLARS CANADIAN!! ... From what I have been reading here on the forums, lots of people are have left and right "click" errors happen, The error you and I are having, is less common, but since my 1st mouse NEVER did this, and...I have made NO Hardware or software changes, to my computer, Your mouse and mine is likely deffective, CREATIVE DOES CARE, Contact them!!..Good luck!!
