I recently bought this mouse and pluged it in, and it works fine now, but I was wondering if i could download the software on the cd somewhere, for full customization.  My computer has a slotload cd drive, and the disk is a mini cd, so unfortunatly it can't install the software that it comes with.  Is there any other solution to this?

I also would like the software for this mouse via download. I have a macbook with bootcamp windows and the drive does not accept this minidisc.

Same here. I have lost my installation CD and cant seem to find the setup / install file anywhere. Creative downloads doesn't have any drivers/ setup files for this mouse. I contacted the Customer Support, and they said that they could help me in this, as they did not know where to find this installation file. I have been using this mouse as a generic USB mouse - unable to make full use of all its buttons. I wonder what the moderator has to say.

Hi all,

I am sorry but last I checked the contents of the installation cd is not available for download. If your cd drive doesn't read the mini-cd, you might want to consider borrowing an USB cd-rom drive for the installation. If you no longer have the mini-cd, try contacting other users in the forums to see if they can send it to you or upload an image of it.

Potential byers stay away from this product since there is no support for it. I bought it some time ago and want to reinstall the software with no avail. this is innacceptable this days!!!
