Think about it.  They are not responding to a crisis in their forums, their not cleaning up the forums, just stopping small things.

Would a company who gave a **bleep** about it's customers let their forums become a spam fest.

The more people spam about how bad Creative is, the more their inaction has proven they are.

They are going to ignore it.

Just spread the word since it doesnt matter what they think anymore no ones buying anything from them. They have terrible outlooks and ideas, just look at their Crackle / Pop Topic no solution to this date, I still get it from time to time randomly.

They can rot even if they respond it took them long enough so they can shove it.

It seems that way.  Creative is ignoring the customers voice.  We can flame the forums, we can torch the threads and we can do everything we can without breaking the law.  What you do with corporations with less than ethical process?  We ignore them back.  When the sales are down, profits are shrinking, and the investors are down their throats, they will learn that the customers are what puts them in business.  I for one will refuse to buy CL products.  As a customer, I "expect" to be treated fairly and to have a product that works as advertised and not be ignored.  So I will just say ignore CL and let them feel the wrath of customers.

I decided long time ago that I will never ever buy any creative product because of their software support. That was the right decision and this fiasco made me feel even stronger about it. I always recommended for everyone that I know that they do not buy any Creative product. They just do not work as advertised.
