Does anyone know what the (FACTORY/DEFAULT) jumper settings (other than JP1)
are for the Audigy Platinum front panel (Model: SB0010) (Circuit Board: SB0010D)?
While servicing my PC, I noticed a loose jumper flopping around inside the front
panel (It's not JP1). I think it might be (JP6), but I'm not 100% sure. I've tried
technical support but all I get is the (lazy-tech) run-around. After acknowledging
that I needed the factory/default jumper settings, they referred me to the manual
(all it gives is JP1) and some article on jumper settings (no Audigy front panel
jumpers listed). I've searched the Knowledge Base, these boards, and Google
until blue in the face.
I could care less what these jumpers do (Creative can keep their secrets).
I don't care about tweaking or testing anything. All I need is the Factory/default
settings (other than JP1).
=====================================
A (clear) screenshot would do, but I would prefer just a hand-written explanation.
EXAMPLE...
FACTORY/DEFAULT JUMPER LOCATIONS:
FACTORY/DEFAULT JUMPER LOCATIONS:
[ ^ Front of Panel ^ ]
(JP6) = top two...or...bottom two...or...none,
(JP7) = left two...or...right two...or...none,
(JP9) = 3rd pair from left,
(JP10) = on/off,
etc., etc....

Thanks,
