in the process i have this application?there isn't in the startup so i can't eliminate it?
anyone know when will come out the new x-fi drivers?

Find the file ctxfispi.exe and look on it's properties what it's for and who's made it.
Then come back with questions if necessary.

the file is in G:\WINDOWS\system32 and i see that is from creative!

Normally, there is a description on Properties:Version -tab which tells you something 'bout the file (like CTDEASIO.DLL --> E-MU E-DSP ASIO Filter Driver) and on Comments frame you perhaps see all dependencies (like for CTDEASIO.DLL --> For use with CTASIO.DLL and EmuPatchmixDsp.exe).
The file may be started as a service (you can find it with services -utility) --> you can't stop it unnless you start service manager and stop it there. If there are some dependencies between this and other services --> disabling it may lead into unexpected results.
