Sound Blaster

Hello

I just bought this sound blaster, and I think i've done all the steps correctly.

The thing is that the software runs good, but the external part doesn't even turn on, and the remote control doesn't work neither. I don't know if I made something wrong or I've bought it broken.

What do you think about this problem?

Did you connect a power cable to the card?

The Sound Blaster console links the audio card with an AD_Link Cable, the power should income this way I suppose.

You should conmect a power cable directly to the card. If you look at the card you'll see a power socket.

I meant that the card must be powered, not the console. Look at the card inside the PC case.

The card has a blue light shining ( X-Fi) so it's on, doesn't it?

The guys in the shop told me It was all set within the PC Box but they forgot to set the power cable.
