Installation CD ISO image for Creative products.

[ Edited ]

For all those who have lost their original retail installation CD and looking for the original driver and applications. I have compiled all the ISO image of the installation CD that I have uploaded here into one thread. Hope this made it easy for all the user here. :smileyvery-happy:

As you all might know, I used to upload those ISO files to Megaupload server but those links tend to expire pretty fast therefore I took the chance to re-upload them to Filefont now. It's been a while since my previous visit as I'm out of money to pay for the internet usage(service disconnected). I will try to upload as much as possible but as Internet usage fee in my country is pretty expensive, and I'm out of that kind of cash. I really do hope those of you who have the kind of spare cash to donate to help me maintance this for the good sake of everyone.

The new link to the ISO you need is below.

PS: If there's any installation CD ISO you wish to have, do let me know and I'll try to find those and upload it.

Re: Installation CD ISO image for Creative Sound Card.

I need you to clearify: "1st, look for the card you own and then download the respective part1, part2 and part3 for some other cards to the same folder, unrar the files and burn the ISO of the installation CD."

I looked on my card (Audigy 2 ZS Platinum) and nothing indicated which of the two links I should follow.

Alternatively you could interprit it as DL both "to the same folder" but then I have two ISO's, not one.  Both appear to have similar directory structure, however they are not the same size.

I'm confused.  When running one or the other the install seems to hang at 4%.

Please explain, thanks!

OK so now I think they'ret he same... both parts.  While the archive files are diff sizes, the ISOs and folders they contain are the same size. Maybe its just hangin on install for another reason.

Those 2 files are the splitted (ISO) image file.
You have to use WinRar to extract the ISO file from those 2 parts --> you get one ISO file.

Depending the installation you're going to do you

- extract the ISO file using winrar (you can install your drivers/software from your HD)
or
- burn it to CD using nero or something and install from CD

Please note that for Creative MediaSource software, the latest Web download is v3.30.21. This latest Web download of the Creative MediaSource software from your Creative product download site should be newer than the Creative MediaSource software in the product CD.
