Hello,

After so much time of use of my Audigy 4 with IR RM-1500, have wanted to adjourn the drivers (2.18.0011 ). After the installation however the volume of the remote control commanded only the left anterior channel (whatever is the formulation of the loudspeakers).
To someone a thing of the kind e/o has happened he/she would ever know how to tell me as to resolve the problem (to avoid quite a lot job to put again the old drivers).

Had not read that discussion!
However they have not succeeded in resolving the problem because the Entertainment Center 3.40.21 are for Windows Vista and not for XP.

Please check my reply on that thread. The beta driver is not designed for vista. In fact, it's for XP. Try downloading it and let me know if that works for you.

Nothing, to the start of the installation the message appears: "Setup is unable to detect to supported product on your system. Please ensure that your product is properly installed before running this Setup program."

Can you be the difference of language or country of the software?

I don't think it's the language. Must be something to do with the supported product by the driver. Looks like the beta does not work on your card. Although your card was not included in the list of supported product, I was hoping it will upgrade your Creative MediaSource Remote Center plugin but it didn't.

I will try to uninstall and then reinstall the older drivers. If these I will have problems, exchange the card (no creative). Anyway, thank you of the aid.
