Does Customer Support Exist?

Really dissappointed in Creative and their lack of customer service and support!
When trouble shooting my 5200 speakers- none of the suggested options works- and it prompts you to contact support.
The trouble is- you can't. NO email, NO number, I just get routed to the same page. Not even a polite disclaimer- "Creative Labs does not provide technical support- thank you for buying our products! (just hope they don't fail)"
Instead of an email offering help I got a survey asking what I thought of Creative support- in short it "SUCKS."
I know my system is old- I know it's out of warranty, I just want to know if there is an option to get it fixed, and where, and about how much. Creative: if you need to justify the cost of providing customer service- how much did it cost you when I spent close to $400 USD at Logitech for a Z5500 system and you lost a customer?

I would strongly disagree, infact I found Creative's Support to be exellent. I recently contacted them in an issue relating to 3 dead speakers with my S750's. The man responding from Creative was very helpful and all speakers were replaced promptly with no hassles. I don't really see what all the fuss is about with Creative's support, it's been great for me.
