When are we going to get apps for the Elite Pro for Windows 7?

I miss the console app.

Try that.  One stop shopping.  Then you can integrate anything official Creative updates at a later time.  I had the same card as you without the expansion box, and these worked well for me.  When Creative issues a Console Launcher update or driver revision I just install right on top..........
