I think you mean X-Fi XtremeMusic. If yes, then the latest driver is Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi series driver 2.18.0013

Yeah the X-Fi XtremeMusic. But the problem is, if i had installed the driver, i had no thx console.

For windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Works great and afterward, you can install any of Creatives updates.
