Dear All,
I currently use Audigy 4, with Vista 32-bit Home premium...
I updated the driver to the Vista compatible driver a while back - But i have one question...
It seems that the sound quality is almost exactly the same as what I used to have with just the Onboard Intel HD audio... I can't seem to find much difference between the two... yet I spent AUD 100 on the soundcard, with a remote which I have no idea how to use (since the software seems to have issues with Vista)...
I have been waiting for some kind of a software to enhance the performance of the Audigy for Movies and Music from Creative - I've been checking once a month - yet nothing... Isn't there supposed to be some kind of an advanced equalizer with somekind of ideal settings for Music, Movies, etc??
Please tell me... Am I getting what I paid for? Is there anything else that can make my sound better with the Audigy??
I don't play Games... and the only difference seems to be when I load up a song... With Audigy, the load time is much faster than it used to be, so something it must be doing something right...
I'm such a novice, so please .. you experts out there, please help me maximise my sound experience of Audigy... software? settings? what do I do???
Btw, I have a reasonablly good set of speakers as well - Logitech Z2000, so speakers isn't an issue...
Please help!!
Thank you all in advance...

Excuse me, but the only way I can imagine to improve the sound experience of an Audigy and get some pleasure with this card just now is to beat it against the wall till it break - and I say this as a Audigy 2 ZS owner...
