x-fi xtreme music and vista code 39

I'm trying to get my Xtreme music to work with Vista but in the device manager it has an error as follows:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

I am using driver 6.0.1.1302

any ideas?

update: apparently the file ctaud2k.sys is unsigned which is causing the problem but I'm using the latest vista drivers from the creative site. how can this be so?

Have you tried to re-download the file?? And do you have admin rights enabled in vista when installing the drivers?? And try closing all anti-virus software in the background when installing. Especially if you are using kaspersky AV or IS?! Hopefully you get it working?

Get your money back and buy a SB0100.
Even with working drivers, X-fi sucks.
